Safegate Moms

     Safegate Moms is a program designed to provide the opportunity for parents, students, and teachers to work together to make the school a safe and nurturing place for learning.  The following guidelines for the program have been established. 

1. You may have the opportunity to read to a child, or help him/her with some other academic work such as Word Study or math facts.  Please let us know if you feel comfortable working in languages other than English.

2. You may also have the opportunity to help teachers by cutting out objects, using the laminator, making copies, or in some other way to prepare for their classes.

3. At special times during the year we need more people working to help things run smoothly, for example:

• Teacher Appreciation Week, picture days, club meetings and other scheduled events.
